Preparation, dosing of solutions SEKO PL5, PL8, etc.
PL automatic solution preparation units are designed for automatic continuous preparation of polyelectrolyte solution from powder or emulsion. Polyelectrolyte powder is extracted from the hopper using a dosing screw, enters the first container and then passes through traps in the cooking container. These sections are equipped with agitators, and a metering pump is also present as a possible additional equipment. Models: PL5, PL8, PL11, PL15, PL20, PL30
BPR-NMB reagent preparation units are used in water treatment systems, can be used as part of dosing units, for the preparation of disinfectant solutions and for the storage of chemical liquids.
Models: BPR100NMB, BPR200NMB, BPR500NMB.
The BDR500NMS-SHU reagent unit is designed to dilute sodium liquid glass with water to the desired concentration and then dose the reagent into the reactor for processing and bleaching cotton pulp in paper production. (The density of the initial concentration is 1.5 g/m3, the density of the resulting solution is 1.16 g/ m3).
Chemical paddle agitators for: mixing, stirring, dispersing, circulation of substances, to maintain uniformity.
As a rule, they are installed in a container (tank), there are stationary and portable (portable).
Vertical stirrers are installed in the container from above. In order to prevent the mixed product from being involved in circular motion, vertical agitators are mounted either eccentrically to the axis of the container, or in the center with the installation of reflective partitions. The principle of operation depends on the type of propeller used.

Storage tanks for chemical reagents. One of the most common chemical media that are stored in fiberglass containers are acid solutions, for example, hydrochloric acid, solutions and reagents.
A typical laminate design for such a container is a barrier layer 2.5 - 4.0 mm thick, reinforced with a veil, chopped with a glass thread, followed by a structural layer.
Standard SER version – 50, 60, 100, 200,250, 300, 500 and 1000 l
Models:
Standard version: SER50, SER60, SER100, SER200, SER250, SER300, SER500 and SER1000
Polyethylene tanks without lids (for SER series tanks): T150, T300, T400, T800, T1500
